After school I took the kids to the local park to feed the ducks some stale break. I got lucky and caught a Great Blue Heron. Of course these shots are not as vivid as I'd like, but getting a bird to hold still is a trick in its self. I tried to sneak up on him...

Haha, my mom calls these, Shag Pokes. I video taped one walking down a sidewalk in our neighborhood. I think something must have been wrong with it to be doing that. :(
